HCA Healthcare Pathology Services and its Continental Division seek a Medical Director to be based at HCA Health

ONE Aurora in Denver, Colorado. The role will oversee pathology services, ensuring quality, evidence‑ and value‑based professional services.

Salary estimate: $345,000 - $355,000 per year.

• AP and CP Board Certification required
• 3 years of hospital‑based Medical Director experience preferred
• Comfortable with the full scope of AP and CP
• Strong thoracic experience is preferred
• Proficiency in acute care hospital‑based general surgical pathology, clinical interpretations, and frozen sections
• Excellent interpersonal skills, establishing positive relationships with hospital medical staff, technical staff, and referring physicians
• Ability to obtain a Colorado medical license or possess a Colorado license in good standing
• Subspecialization or interest in breast, lung, bone, soft tissue, cytopathology, or gynecologic oncology is an asset; candidates of all specialties encouraged to apply
