General Requirements
  • Independently lead, manage, and coordinate work of a multidisciplinary team through multiple phases of a project
  • Coordinate workload of team members through multiple phases to complete documents on schedule
  • Review architectural documents for areas of conflict with all disciplines
  • Perform QA/QC and technical reviews
  • Coordinate architectural specifications
  • Coordinate with and assist affected disciplines with addenda, RFIs, submittals, & Change Orders
  • Provide construction contract administration, installation oversight support
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrate creativity, effectiveness, efficiency and competency in all conventional aspects of architecture, interior design, graphic design
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Revit, adobe suite, Microsoft platforms
  • Achieve sDC processes and protocols
Required Qualifications
  • Professional degree in Architecture
  • 6+ years’ experience
  • Prior experience in a Project Architect/Project Management role
  • Registered Architect preferred
  • Highly proficient in use of Autodesk Revit (6+ years exp)
  • Familiarity with software related to industry standards in modeling, and design
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project Schedule)
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated graphic presentation skills
  • Demonstrated experience preparing architectural contract documents
