Salary: $105,000 - $125,000 annually

We are searching for a Project Architect with 10+ years of experience across a variety of building types, including multifamily housing. The ideal candidate will have prior project management experience, be detail-oriented, and have knowledge of various funding sources and the building and zoning codes that regulate affordable housing.

• Lead and manage the technical development of projects from conception through construction. Oversee and produce SD, DD, CD sets and record drawings
• Collaborate with client/consultant teams: manage scopes/tasks, contracts, schedules and budgets
• Mentor and support design team(s) within a collaborative studio environment
• Work with Partners/Principal and design team to ensure ongoing design development and quality control from contract documents through construction

• A collaborative working style with strong communication skills
• Ability to manage deadlines, calendars, and tasks
• Experience leading project teams and clients through all phases of design and construction
• Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, Excel
• Current architectural license required, California or Colorado strongly preferred
• Familiarity with other 3D modelling and/or collaborative management software preferred
• Strong preference for candidates who demonstrate multifamily housing experience (ideally affordable)

Annual Salary:
Negotiated based on experience; $105,000‑125,000
Work Week:
Full‑time (in office, partial hybrid negotiable after 6 months)
