Forum Phi Architecture | Interiors | Planning is seeking Architects and Designer with 0-5 years of experience for multiple positions in our Aspen, Carbondale and Denver offices. Degree in Architecture or related field required. A high level of technical competency preferably in 3D modeling software required. Salary commensurate with experience. Responsibilities
  • Lead team and conduct client meetings
  • Design, documentation and construction administration
  • Mentors and trains team members
  • Responsible for budgeting, staffing and schedule for projects and teams
  • Acts as client point of contact
  • Manages and coordinates consultants
  • Proficient in Archi Cad and can mentor the team with technical questions
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent experience 8 + years related experience
  • Proficiency in 3D design and modeling software
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Experience managing teams and multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong technical expertise related to design and construction
