Academic background:
Master’s degree in Urban Design, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or Planning
Senior-level experience in urban design with a portfolio demonstrating leadership on multidisciplinary projects
Salary: $110,000 to $130,000 annually

Job Description- Lead urban design strategy and project delivery, from analysis and concept through to client presentations
- Manage internal teams and external collaborators
- Drive business development, including RFPs, proposals, and interviews
- Produce high-quality urban design visualizations and presentations
- Mentor junior designers in design thinking and production workflows
- Present concepts during client and internal meetings
- Contribute to diverse project typologies in multiple geographies
