  • Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, provide technical advice, and ensure design integrity is maintained during the build phase.
  • Provide technical leadership on complex design problems, offering innovative solutions while adhering to cost, time, and regulatory constraints.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies, effectively communicating design concepts and project status.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, building materials, technologies, and sustainability practices to incorporate into design strategies.
  • Contribute to business development efforts by preparing proposals, participating in client meetings, and supporting the acquisition of new projects.
  • Ensure that all design work complies with safety standards and best practices.

  • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in architectural design, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage complex architectural projects from concept to completion.
  • Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, Adobe Suite).
  • Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and industry regulations.
