Registered Dental Hygienist Role

As a Registered Dental Hygienist, you’ll play a key role in supporting patients and providing exceptional clinical care. You will work directly with dentists to deliver a positive patient experience while ensuring treatment aligns with the highest standards of care.

  • Review patient charts and understand health history prior to treatment
  • Greet and engage patients, explain treatment, and answer questions
  • Provide clinical care, including five screenings, gathering records, and educating patients on oral health conditions and treatment plans
  • Schedule recall and restorative appointments
  • Document patient updates and ensure accurate records
  • Maintain infection control protocols, operatory cleanliness, and instrument sterilization
  • Expand clinical skills through ongoing training and continuing education
Registered Dental Hygienist Background Profile
  • Current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
  • Laser Certification
  • Local Anesthetic Certification
  • Experience with Carestack and SOTA Cloud preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment
  • Experience with dental practice management software is a plus
