About the Role:
Join the energetic team at Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness as a Customer Service Representative overnight! In this role, you'll be the friendly face that welcomes our members, ensuring a positive experience during their late-night workouts.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist members with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Handle member inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gym facilities.
• Process new memberships and renewals efficiently.
• Monitor gym equipment and report any maintenance needs.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed during overnight hours.
• Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
• Promote a positive and inclusive gym culture for all members.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework a plus.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable attitude.
• Ability to work independently during overnight shifts.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with gym software.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends.
• Passion for fitness and a desire to help others achieve their goals.
