About the Role:

Join the energetic team at Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness as a Customer Service Representative overnight! In this role, you'll be the friendly face that welcomes our members, ensuring a positive experience during their late-night workouts.

Responsibilities:

* Greet and assist members with a warm and friendly demeanor.

* Handle member inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gym facilities.

* Process new memberships and renewals efficiently.

* Monitor gym equipment and report any maintenance needs.

* Ensure safety protocols are followed during overnight hours.

* Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.

* Promote a positive and inclusive gym culture for all members.

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework a plus.

* Previous customer service experience preferred.

* Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable attitude.

* Ability to work independently during overnight shifts.

* Basic computer skills and familiarity with gym software.

* Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

* Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends.

* Passion for fitness and a desire to help others achieve their goals.

Compensation: $18.85 per hour
