Lugano at Cherry Creek Apartments – Denver, Colorado
Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 9 AM–6 PM
Centerspace is seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team at the stunning Lugano at Cherry Creek Apartments in Denver, Colorado. In this role you will drive your own success by meeting leasing goals and fostering strong professional relationships with both prospective and current residents.
We offer a competitive hourly wage of $21–$24, along with the opportunity to earn commissions on new leases and bonuses for renewals.
All candidates are required to complete a 35‑minute pre‑employment assessment after submitting the application. Completion of this assessment is mandatory for consideration; failure to complete it will result in discontinuation of your candidacy.

Responsible for renting apartment units while ensuring maximum occupancy and an exceptional customer experience that promotes optimal retention.
ExpectationsFollow established procedures, comply with all internal leasing policies, Fair Housing requirements, and applicable laws. You will receive substantial guidance but are expected to be self‑directed once trained, following instructions, prioritizing duties, and meeting deadlines.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities Operational- Manage the sales/leasing funnel at the assigned community(s).
- Produce sales results commensurate with company performance benchmarks.
- Evaluate competitors’ offerings and pricing through regular surveys and visits.
- Prepare the office and tour path for business.
- Generate prospects through advertising, business outreach, and grassroots campaigns.
- Assist with community social media as directed.
- Provide service to new applicants, coordinate leasing documents for move‑in, and perform move‑in orientation.
- Provide excellent service to existing residents for their housing needs.
- Focus on resident retention, assisting with resident events and appreciation campaigns.
- Communicate and coordinate with onsite and support teams to ensure resident needs are met with exceptional service.
- Assist with package handling.
- Coordinate communication with residents via phone, email, text, resident portal, and resident app.
- Interact professionally with employees, customers, vendors, and suppliers.
- Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments.
- Work independently while communicating and coordinating work efforts with other team members and stakeholders.
- Deliver high‑level resident satisfaction while maintaining Fair Housing practices.
- Help to address and resolve issues.
- Participate in industry networking groups, service projects, and establish contacts within the community to promote Centerspace.
- May assist with administrative duties as directed.
- Maintain accurate records in software and files.
Partitions of Work: 40% marketing & sales, 40% customer service, 20% business administration.
Supervisory ResponsibilitiesThis role has no supervisory responsibilities.
Equipment IssuedStandard computer package issued. If you are expected to carry a mobile phone, you are eligible for monthly reimbursement according to company policy.
Travel RequiredSome local travel may be required.
Education & Experience- Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent. - Preferred:
Background in sales.
- Language skills – read, interpret, and write routine reports and correspondence; communicate effectively before groups of customers or employees.
- Mathematical skills – perform basic arithmetic, compute rates, ratios, and percentages.
- Reasoning ability – solve practical problems with limited standardization and interpret various instructions.
- Computer skills – computer literate and proficient with property management software (MRI preferred), Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Regular speaking or hearing; frequent sitting; occasional standing, walking, and light lifting up to 10 pounds. Requires good close, distance, and depth vision.
