I opened my agency in 1999 after spending eight years as a State Farm Claims Adjuster, a role that gave me a deep understanding of insurance, customer service, and what it truly takes to guide people through life’s unexpected moments.
Today, our team includes six full-time members, and together we’ve created a positive, energetic environment where teamwork and drive go hand-in-hand. I’m a graduate of the University of Colorado Denver, a long-time foster for the Humane Society, and an avid skier who loves the outdoors and everything about the Colorado lifestyle.

Role DescriptionAs a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Pamela Buckland - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

Responsibilities- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail‑oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
