• Handle guest requests and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
• Answer phone calls with professional phone etiquette, addressing inquiries or directing calls as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Uphold high standards of guest relations and hospitality throughout each interaction.

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of front desk operations.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to build rapport with guests and provide personalized service.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
