Customer Service Representative (Remote)

Jonesbororealtycompany is a leading real estate company in the Jonesboro area, dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team on a full-time basis.

• Greet and assist clients in a timely and friendly manner, either in person, over the phone, or via email
• Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department or individual
• Provide accurate and detailed information to clients regarding our services, properties, and company policies
• Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain and update client records and files
• Process rental and sales applications and contracts
• Schedule and coordinate property viewings, inspections, and appointments for clients
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs or concerns
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience
• Assist with administrative tasks and other duties as assigned by management

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Familiarity with real estate industry and terminology is a plus
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
