I opened my agency in 1999 after spending eight years as a State Farm Claims Adjuster, a role that gave me a deep understanding of insurance, customer service, and what it truly takes to guide people through life’s unexpected moments. As Account Representative – State Farm Agent Team Member for Pamela Buckland – State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

Responsibilities:- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.

- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
