- Are you bilingual in English and Spanish?
- You are the first point of contact for our patients, providing friendly and efficient support.
- You’re an expert in our services and help patients with a wide range of questions, such as scheduling and rescheduling appointments, provider information, locations and program information.
- You will help answer billing questions and act as a personal guide to navigate our programs.
- You will collaborate with your team and other departments to find the best solutions for our patients.
- You will turn a patients' frustration into a moment of ease.
Approximately $22.05 - $27.93. All individual pay rates are calculated based on the candidate's experience and internal equity.
What We Need for this Job- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Strong attention to detail.
- You will need to attend a three-to-four-week training that is 40 hours a week.
