Administrative Contract Billing Specialist – Customer Service & Data Entry (Meters)

If this sounds like you, we are currently seeking an Administrative Meter Specialist in Denver. As a Contract Billing Specialist, you will be responsible for contacting customers via phone and e‑mail to obtain the meter reads on their copiers and printers;
you will then enter the information into our computer system for billing the customer for the overages. This position involves a high level of customer service and data entry. You should enjoy talking with and helping customers and have excellent attention to detail for data entry accuracy.

Requirements:
- 1‑2 years of experience in a customer service position in a professional business setting
- Basic Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Willingness to submit to a criminal background check
