We are currently hiring a Part Time Lobby Attendant to work 8‑5 PM Saturday and Sunday at Rhonda's Place in Denver, CO.

To attend the door of the apartment building and assist those entering.

• Answer the phone
• Buzz guests in and ensure they sign the guest sign‑in book; maintain the guest log book.
• Open the door for people going in or out; keep common areas clean (vacuum, pick up, etc.)
• Make coffee and popcorn when/if needed, if applicable
• Dispose of trash from common areas
• Assist residents when needed
• Report to the Property Manager areas that are unprofessional in appearance beyond their control

• High School diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Minimum age: 18 years old
• Basic writing and reading skills required
• Must work well with the public and with others as a team
• Must be able to take direction from a supervisor but have the initiative to work independently
• A commitment to exceptional customer service is critical
