As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member, you will generate exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
Responsibilities- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist clients with policy changes and updates.
- Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities.
- Educate clients about insurance products and recommend appropriate coverage options.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving measurable results.
- Proactive in problem solving.
- Bilingual Spanish highly preferred.
Compensation $45,000.00 - $67,500.00 per year
