As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member, you will generate exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist clients with policy changes and updates.
• Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities.
• Educate clients about insurance products and recommend appropriate coverage options.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving measurable results.
• Proactive in problem solving.
• Bilingual Spanish highly preferred.

Compensation $45,000.00 - $67,500.00 per year
