As part of our creative design team, you will craft visually compelling solutions for various markets and channels. We’re looking for you – a creative mind with a structured work style and a strong sense of teamwork. See below for more!

• Design & Execution:
  Develop a wide range of brand and marketing assets – from digital campaigns and print materials to social media content, presentations, and video.
• Project Ownership:
  Take responsibility for small to mid-sized projects and collaborate closely with other designers.
• Teamwork & Communication:
  Work cross-functionally with the design team, marketing team, and other departments – both nationally and internationally.
• Presentation:
  Present your designs and ideas to the design and marketing teams.
• Structure & Efficiency:
  Keep deadlines in sight and realistically estimate your workload.
• Quality & Feedback:
  Implement feedback effectively, share your expertise with colleagues, and proactively seek support when needed.
• Creative Development:
  Contribute ideas for new campaigns and projects and support ongoing brand development.
• Knowledge Sharing:
  Create templates for other departments and help document brand guidelines.

• Design Expertise:
  Confident use of Adobe Creative Cloud (especially InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Nice to have, but not required: experience in video production and animation.
• Digital Tools:
  Experience with Figma and Notion.

  You can communicate your ideas clearly and persuasively – both within the team and to stakeholders.
• Structure & Ownership:
  You work independently and with a goal-oriented mindset, staying organized and on track even when managing complex projects.
• Language
  
  Skills:
  
  English – fluent (spoken and written), German and French (nice to have but not required).
• Team Player:
  You enjoy working in a team, think in solutions, and help achieve shared goals. You aren t afraid to join the team 2-3 times a week at our Denver office for collaboration.

  You actively seek opportunities for development and bring a learning-oriented attitude.

• Compensation:
  You will earn an annual base salary of $65,000 - $70,000
