Graphic Designer

Elizabeth Craft Designs is a family-owned company based in Denver, Colorado. We design and manufacture products that are ideal for use in paper crafting, mixed media art, scrap booking, card making, and anything creative that your imagination drums up. We are passionate about and committed to providing high-quality products, designed to enhance creativity. We are seeking a dynamic and versatile person with a keen eye for detail and ability to produce consistent quality graphics to join our team.

What you'll be doing day-to-day:

• Support the development of our brand identity, new product and content production.
• Create graphics for both print and digital advertising.
• Packaging and product development.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions developing concepts.
• Take and edit product photos for the website.
• Edit project photos from the design team for use in graphics and across all of our platforms.
• Review and proofread your own work for accuracy and quality control.
• Ensure all work is delivered to an exceptional standard and on time.
• Working closely with both the Director of Marketing and owner of the company.
• Other duties as requested

Job Skills Required:

• 3+ years of experience in a creative content or graphic design role (in-house or agency)
• Friendly, positive attitude with a can-do mentality and hunger to develop new skills in graphic design.
• Confident using Adobe Creative Studio (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro) You will be asked to demonstrate your design skills as part of the interview process.
• Strong eye for typography, layout and consistency with a strong creative flair and good visual sense.
• Comfortable taking a brief and managing your workflow across multiple projects.
• The ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines, have strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to work well both using your own initiative and within a team environment.
• A passion for staying updated on best practices, and emerging technologies.
• You're an ideas person!
