The RoleAssociate Photographers create virtual tours, floor plans, and photography for and Equipped with a Pro 3 Matterport, digital camera equipment, and an iPad, each photographer services a core territory of homes and apartments, capturing media for marketing and listing purposes.
Responsibilities- Support marketing efforts by capturing 3‑D virtual tours and footprints on and
- Create a portfolio of photographs that best feature homes and apartments, utilizing photography techniques to capture spaces pleasingly.
- Work closely with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments and meet client demands.
- Professionally communicate with clients, sales, researcher partners, and management to evaluate priorities and tasks.
- Own the market: navigate one‑mile square grids to ensure complete commercial real estate data coverage, identify new inventory, and photograph commercial properties.
- Abide by CoStar safety standards to safeguard company vehicle and equipment.
- Represent CoStar professionally at all times.
- Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as needed.
- Repetitive and frequent sitting in a car, standing, and walking for up to 8 hours per day.
- Lift, carry, and maneuver equipment weighing up to 5 lb.
- Perform repetitive hand and arm movements for typing on a tablet or laptop and operating camera equipment.
- Bend, stoop, squat, lift, twist, and carry as necessary.
- Work and drive outside during all seasons.
- Work weekends on a rotating schedule.
- At least 2 years of professional experience.
- Real estate photography experience required.
- Professional photographer or recent graduate with a degree in photography.
- FAA Part 107 license or certification obtained within 30 days of offer, and experience with drone photography.
- Strong time‑management skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Accurately capture and enter data.
- Excellent oral, written, and organizational communication skills.
- Knowledge of Windows, Apple OS, Microsoft Office, and Internet applications.
- Independent worker thriving in a fast‑paced environment.
- Field experience preferred.
- Current, valid driver's license.
- Driver’s record check prior to start; history must reflect responsible driving behavior and compliance with traffic laws.
Hourly plus bonus‑eligible position. Pay is $50,000 annually with opportunity for monthly bonuses based on performance metrics.
