Construction Estimator – Water Projects
📍 Englewood, CO | Full-Time
🚚 Relocation Assistance Available
We are seeking a Construction Estimator to support bidding and preconstruction efforts for heavy civil water infrastructure projects, including water and wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, reservoirs, underground utilities, and related construction work.
Responsibilities- Review project opportunities and prepare competitive bids
- Analyze plans, specifications, and project requirements
- Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and vendor pricing
- Develop accurate cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment
- Finalize estimates and meet bid deadlines
- Construction estimating or field experience preferred
- Ability to read plans/specifications and perform material take-offs
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and estimating software
