Construction Superintendent

We are seeking a Superintendent to lead the technical execution of healthcare construction projects, with a strong emphasis on occupied hospital work. This role oversees all field operations, including schedule development and maintenance, site logistics planning, procurement coordination, and daily trade partner management. You’ll be responsible for weekly progress updates, inspection coordination, quality control, and ensuring constructability and code compliance. The Superintendent maintains site safety programs aligned with OSHA 30 standards to support zero‑injury projects and uninterrupted production.

This position requires strong construction scheduling skills, the ability to manage multiple work streams, and experience successfully delivering complex commercial projects ranging from $5M–$40M. Healthcare/hospital project experience—especially leading your own project—is highly preferred.

• Lead field operations for commercial and healthcare construction projects
• Develop, manage, and update project schedules
• Coordinate procurement, material deliveries, and site logistics
• Manage subcontractors and self‑perform teams daily
• Conduct quality control and ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and codes
• Maintain strict safety standards, including OSHA 30 protocols
• Provide cost‑tracking input and support risk management
• Create and distribute weekly progress updates
• Partner closely with project management on budgets, sequencing, and change impacts
• Oversee inspections, testing, and documentation

• Experience leading your own healthcare/hospital project
• Experience managing $5M–$40M projects

• OSHA 30 Certification

Work Environment:
The Superintendent is based in the field. This company operates out of Denver. Currently around 30 employees and continuing to grow.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO.

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $72.00 per hour.
