Established in 1996, A-One Chipseal is a full‑service asphalt maintenance and pavement preservation company located in Denver, Colorado. In January 2009, A-One Chipseal purchased the assets of Rocky Mountain Pavement Maintenance, Inc., and in September 2022, we purchased the assets of Rocky Mountain Parking Lot Services, Inc. We provide preventive maintenance construction including resurfacing asphalt streets, roads, parking lots, and highways and have completed numerous diverse projects for various cities, counties, and CDOT across the Front Range.

A Concrete Laborer ensures concrete is poured correctly through accurate placement on‑site with various forms needed on the construction site.

• Self‑starter and team player who is motivated, reliable, and accountable.
• Ability to take and follow direction and strong communication skills.
• Trustworthy and honest.
• 100% compliant with all safety requirements and policies.
• Able to read, write, and speak English; bilingual a plus (English/Spanish).
• A current driver’s license is preferred – must have a clean motor‑vehicle record if operating a company vehicle.
• Passing a pre‑employment drug and alcohol screening is required.
• Legal right to work in the U.S.; A-One Chipseal participates in E‑Verify.
• 0‑2 years experience as a concrete laborer.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• Ability to work 60+ hours per week.
• Own transportation to and from shop.

• Hourly wage based on experience, ranging between $24.00 – $28.00 / hr.
