Job Description We are seeking a skilled Construction Superintendent to oversee large-scale commercial construction projects. The role involves providing multi-level supervision across field operations, coordinating subcontractors, and managing project schedules. The ideal candidate will have experience with healthcare, medical, institutional, or lab projects. As a Superintendent, you will play a crucial role in project administration, safety compliance, and production tracking, ensuring all activities align with company standards and client expectations.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills are essential, along with the ability to manage complex logistics and mentor field personnel.
- Provide supervision across field operations on large-scale commercial construction projects.
- Coordinate subcontractors and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Administer project tasks and track production to meet client expectations.
- Mentor and guide field personnel to enhance team performance.
- At least 7 years experience as a Superintendent in general contracting.
- Ground‑up commercial construction experience on projects ranging from $15‑35M.
- Strong understanding of construction documentation, scheduling tools, and field operations.
- Experience in healthcare, medical, institutional, or lab projects.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in SCIF construction is highly preferred.
- Experience with hospital and medical construction projects is a plus.
- Proficient in construction management and general contracting practices.
This role is based in a dynamic and innovative environment with a focus on safety and lean construction practices. The Denver office is a newly established facility located near Lincoln Station light rail, with a strong team of approximately 55‑60 people, including 12 superintendents. Our projects span across Boulder, Golden, and surrounding areas, with upcoming healthcare construction opportunities.
