Manage and oversee a team working on new build school projects and unoccupied multifamily projects around the Denver Metro area.;
Perform general carpentry and scope gap work, including tasks such as backing, blocking, constructing temporary walls, and installing safety railings.;
Work primarily with wood materials and possibly some steel framing.;
Ensure safety standards are upheld throughout all phases of construction.
