Project Engineer, Civil Engineering

We are hiring a Construction Project Engineer to support the delivery of ground-up multifamily and mixed-use projects. This is a fast-moving role ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to real construction, strong mentorship, and a clear path toward Project Manager.

You’ll work closely with the project management and field teams to keep projects organized, coordinated, and moving forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Support PMs and Superintendents on multifamily and mixed-use construction projects
• Track RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and document control
• Assist with schedule updates, progress tracking, and reporting
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and inspectors
• Participate in OAC meetings, coordination meetings, and site walks
• Assist with quality control reviews and punch list activities
• Maintain project documentation in Procore or similar platforms
• Support closeout, turnover, and CO processes

What We’re Looking For

• 1–4 years of experience in construction (Project Engineer, Field Engineer, or similar)
• Experience or exposure to multifamily and/or mixed-use projects
• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
• Strong organization, communication, and follow-through
• Eager, detail-oriented, and ready to grow quickly
