General Foreman / Assistant Superintendent (Commercial Construction)

We are hiring a hands‑on General Foreman / Junior Assistant Superintendent to independently run small commercial new construction projects (schools & multifamily). You will be wearing tools and leading from the field.

• Run daily site operations on commercial new build projects
• Structural & foundation concrete work
• Manage 5–10 carpenters and subcontractors
• Assist with layout, scheduling, and coordination
• Read blueprints; use Bluebeam
• Lead toolbox talks and enforce jobsite safety
• Operate equipment as needed (forklift, skid steer, scissor & boom lifts)
• Open and close projects; report to the Superintendent
• Expect 50–60 hour work weeks

• Experience running small commercial projects independently
• Strong commercial structural/foundation concrete experience
• Experience working under large commercial General Contractors
• Union or non‑union experience welcome
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Bluebeam & blueprint reading experience required

• CITC or union apprenticeship
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30
• Equipment certifications

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO.

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $35.00/hr.
