General Foreman / Assistant Superintendent (Commercial Construction)

We are hiring a hands‑on General Foreman / Junior Assistant Superintendent to independently run small commercial new construction projects (schools & multifamily). You will be wearing tools and leading from the field.
Responsibilities- Run daily site operations on commercial new build projects
- Structural & foundation concrete work
- Manage 5–10 carpenters and subcontractors
- Assist with layout, scheduling, and coordination
- Read blueprints; use Bluebeam
- Lead toolbox talks and enforce jobsite safety
- Operate equipment as needed (forklift, skid steer, scissor & boom lifts)
- Open and close projects; report to the Superintendent
- Expect 50–60 hour work weeks
- Experience running small commercial projects independently
- Strong commercial structural/foundation concrete experience
- Experience working under large commercial General Contractors
- Union or non‑union experience welcome
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Bluebeam & blueprint reading experience required
- CITC or union apprenticeship
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30
- Equipment certifications
- Self‑starters

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $27.00 - $35.00/hr.
