About the Role:

Moltz Construction Inc. is looking for a Concrete Foreman to support a wastewater treatment plant project Henderson Mill, in Parshall, CO, near Silverthorne. The projects consist of extensive earthmoving,

grading, excavation, concrete, interior piping, and equipment work. The projects are scheduled to last for 2+ years.

As a Concrete Foreman at Moltz, you will:

* Supervise and coordinate daily concrete operations, including forming, placing, finishing, and curing

* Lead, train, and manage concrete crew members to ensure productivity and quality workmanship

* Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to ensure accurate execution of work

* Plan daily work activities, assign tasks, and monitor progress to meet project schedules

* Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, company policies, and MSHA/OSHA standards

* Inspect forms, reinforcement, and site conditions prior to concrete placement

* Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, subcontractors, and suppliers

* Monitor material usage, equipment needs, and concrete deliveries

* Perform quality control checks and address issues or deficiencies promptly

* Maintain daily reports, timecards, and production records

* Troubleshoot jobsite challenges and provide solutions in real time

* Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and machinery

Qualifications &

Experience:

* High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or vocational training is a plus

* Several years of experience in construction with concrete, with a proven track record of leadership

* Proficiency in operating heavy equipment and knowledge of earthwork techniques

* Ability to lift heavy objects, walk and stand for long periods, and perform strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions

* Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices

* Excellent communication and teamwork skills

* Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications

* Problem-solving and decision-making abilities

* Strong organizational and time-management skills

* Ability to work overtime including nights and weekends if required to meet project schedule

Compensation and Benefits:

* Salary- $38.00 - $45.00 per hour based on experience

* Housing assistance and per diem may be available

* Typical 40-hour weeks with OT as necessary
