This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Construction Superintendent based in Denver, CO. The Construction Superintendent will oversee day‑to‑day operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Responsibilities include managing work schedules, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining site safety protocols, monitoring project progress, and addressing challenges to ensure successful project completion.

• Proven expertise in Construction Site Management and maintaining Construction Safety standards
• Strong Organization Skills coupled with Budgeting and cost control capabilities
• Experience in Project Management, including planning, executing, and finalizing construction projects
• Ability to lead teams and collaborate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
• Hands‑on experience with residential construction projects, including ADUs, single family homes and renovations, is highly desirable
• Proficiency in construction software and relevant tools is preferred
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines
• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications or a degree in Construction Management or a related field is a plus
