- 2+ years Heavy Civil Construction Superintendent experience
- Bridgework experience required
. - Previous experience with Concrete
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Leadership mentality
- Time management and communication
- Previous Field experience is ideal
- Relationship building skillset
- OSHA 30 safety certified
