Pay Rate: $25-34/hour., Depending on Experience
Location: Denver, CO 80207
Experience: 1 year construction management experience.
The Construction Project Coordinator manages the administrative and logistical aspects of building projects, acting as a liaison to keep everything on schedule, within budget, and compliant with codes, handling documentation (contracts, permits, reports), coordinating teams (subs, suppliers, clients), tracking expenses, and monitoring progress to support the project manager and ensure smooth project delivery from planning to closeout.

Construction Project Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Prepare, maintain, and distribute project documents like contracts, permits, change orders, and progress reports.
- Act as a central point of communication for project managers, clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Assist with developing and managing project timelines, scheduling subcontractors, and coordinating material deliveries.
- Track project expenditures, manage invoices, process payments, and provide financial reports.
- Monitor daily site progress, ensure adherence to plans, manage safety compliance, and assist with inspections.
- Assist in purchasing materials and services.
- Generate status reports for stakeholders and facilitate communication.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with project management software, spreadsheets, and budgeting tools.
- Understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Associates or Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field and prior construction experience preferred.
