An outstanding,
full-time opening has become available in the Denver, CO area for an individual with 2-5 years’ experience as a Jr. Estimator or Assistant Project Manager/Engineer with a background in Concrete projects. This position would earn a generous base salary and great benefits package including medical benefits, a 401K w/ matching, PTO and other outstanding perks.
All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration
- Please DO NOT APPLY unless you have 2-5+ years of Estimation and/or Project Management experience, preferably working with Concrete projects.
- Experience with budgeting, estimating,
manpower planning
, blueprint-reading
, and some Project Management is a MUST - Familiarity assisting with submittals
, pulling permits
, and preparing reports is a PLUS - Some knowledge of Bluebeam, Maxwell Pro Contractor, and Microsoft Excel software is a BIG PLUS
- Degree, Vocational School, and/or Certifications in Engineering, or Construction Management is a BIG PLUS
