Traffic Control Supervisor

Asphalt Specialties Co., Inc. is a Colorado family owned corporation. We specialize in meeting individual customer needs while providing quality products and services throughout the Front Range of Colorado. We supply a full range of building materials including aggregate, asphalt and aggregate recycled products.

Currently we are seeking a Traffic Control Supervisor /TCS.

The Traffic Control Supervisor (TCS) is responsible for worksite safety on all our projects. The TCS is responsible for implementing and overseeing the project’s traffic control plan, lane closures, construction zone signing, setting up and taking down lane closures and supervision of flaggers.

• Ensure all safety and PPE policies are followed by all workers on the jobsite
• Responsible for the placement of traffic cones, arrow boards or other traffic safety devices in the work zone at beginning and end of shift
• Supervise flaggers on the job site
• Complete daily paperwork, timesheets, tickets, etc. timely and accurately
• Communicate effectively with employees, Project Supervisor, Foremen, Traffic Control Manager and customers
• Other duties as assigned

• Current CCA certification or ATSSA Certification
• Valid Colorado driver license and clean MVR
• Ability to travel to jobsites in Denver and surrounding areas
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and squat, kneel, climb and bend.
• Valid Driver License and Drug Screen required.
