- Recent college graduate in psychology, child development, education, or a related field looking to build hands‑on experience.
- Previous experience working with kids—as a preschool teacher, youth mentor, camp counselor, childcare worker, or similar.
- Background in healthcare roles that involve children or behavioral support (e.g., behavioral tech, child life specialist).
- Exploring a career change into mission‑driven work that supports families and young children.
- Work one‑on‑one with children in a clinic setting to help them build developmental and communication skills.
- Follow individualized care plans crafted by clinical experts and support children during therapeutic sessions.
- Foster a safe, engaging, and encouraging environment that supports each child’s progress.
- Collaborate with a team of therapists and clinicians to ensure a consistent and holistic approach to care.
- High school diploma, or equivalent, is required.
- Experience working with children (ages 2–6 preferred), either professionally or in structured volunteer settings.
- Reliable communication skills and comfort interacting with families and care teams.
- Willingness to learn new therapeutic techniques and work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to meet physical activity demands: kneeling, lifting up to 50 lbs., and being active and mobile throughout the day.
- Reliable transportation to attend training and work at your assigned clinic location.
- $21.50 - $28.50/hour with regular bonus and promotion opportunities.
