DC is seeking a seasoned Director of Commercial Operations to drive revenue growth, maximize operational efficiency, and bridge the gap between Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Finance. As a senior member of the commercial team, you will act as the architect of our "Go-to-Market" engine, optimizing the customer journey from quote to cash, improving deal velocity, and ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
- Commercial Strategy & Execution: Define, implement, and manage the processes and tools required to support Radius
DC’s growth, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM optimization. - Deal Desk Leadership: Own the end-to-end deal lifecycle. Create, optimize, and enforce pricing guardrails, contract templates, and approval frameworks to optimize contract execution while maintaining profitability.
- Process Optimization: Review, analyze, and streamline commercial workflows (e.g., Lead-to-Cash, Quote-to-Contract) to eliminate bottlenecks and enhance customer experience.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Site Operations teams to ensure alignment on business goals and to facilitate quick resolution of customer requirements.
- Data & Analytics: Develop and maintain dashboards tracking key commercial metrics (e.g., MRR growth, churn rates, conversion rates) to inform strategic decisions and forecasting.
- Performance Management: Lead and mentor a team of Sales Operations/Commercial Support professionals, setting clear KPIs for productivity and quality.
- Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with commercial technology providers to ensure system adoption and data integrity.

- Compensation: $180,000-$210,000 + Bonus
