Akkodis is seeking an Enterprise Program Manager for a Contract to Hire with a client in Denver, CO
. The ideal candidate will drive predictable delivery of enterprise programs by ensuring disciplined execution and alignment across teams.
Rate Range: $65/hour to $70/hour;
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
- Manage day-to-day execution of enterprise programs by developing detailed plans, timelines, milestones, and dependency tracking to ensure predictable delivery.
- Coordinate work across multiple cross-functional teams, aligning priorities and ensuring clear progress toward program goals.
- Proactively identify, assess, and escalate risks, issues, and interdependencies while partnering with functional leaders to remove blockers.
- Provide consistent and transparent communication to stakeholders through structured program reporting, status updates, and delivery insights.
- Collaborate closely with IT, Technology, and functional Program/Outcome DRIs to support execution activities and maintain alignment across work streams.
- Contribute to short-cycle operational improvement efforts and enterprise consulting engagements as needed, supporting disciplined execution and accountability.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, Operations, or a related field.
- 5–7+ years of experience in program management, operations, consulting, or related cross-functional leadership roles.
- Proven ability to drive execution of large, complex, cross-functional initiatives with strong risk, issue, and dependency management skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management abilities, with demonstrated experience influencing outcomes and maintaining transparency in fast-paced environments.

Pay Details$65.00 to $70.00 per hour
