Salary range for this position: $28.30 - $41.84 hourly; $2,264.31 - $3,347.20 biweekly; $4,906.00 - $7,252.27 monthly.

Employer Services Elective Coverage unit overview: this unit provides end-to-end account support and regulatory guidance for FAMLI purposes, including reviewing wage reports, eligibility determinations, and compliance with FAMLI statute and rules. The unit oversees wage reporting for various employer types and supports claims processing and eligibility decisions related to FAMLI benefits.

The position serves as the primary point of contact for individuals electing to participate in the FAMLI program and ensures compliance with elective coverage requirements, including verification of quarterly wage reports and assessments of self-employment status. The unit reviews claims to ensure wage accuracy used to calculate benefits and oversees premium payments and wage reporting compliance. The unit may conduct inquiries to determine eligibility and ensures proper documentation and amendments as needed.
