We’re hiring a Business Development and Outreach Specialist to open more high-value conversations. This role blends research, writing, video, and outbound execution to engage CMOs, VPs of Marketing, Heads of Growth, and Demand Gen leaders evaluating new growth channels and seeking predictable pipeline.

This person will be measured by the number of meetings booked each month with qualified prospects.

What You’ll Do
  • Identify and research high-fit B2B prospects across SaaS, AI, fintech, logistics, manufacturing, and more
  • Review basic search visibility signals to identify angles, gaps, or insights for personalized outreach
  • Own outbound outreach across Linked In, email, and direct channels
  • Write sharp, personalized messages that resonate with CMOs, VPs, and demand gen leaders
  • Conduct initial discovery or screening calls to assess fit and qualify interest
  • Create short, personalized video messages (Loom, Vidyard) to stand out in crowded inboxes
  • Use video to visually communicate insights by showing a prospect’s website or Linked In profile
  • Book qualified intro calls and hand warm leads to senior leadership
  • Track volume, responses, meetings, and pipeline contribution
  • Turn wins, case studies, and insights into outreach assets
  • Share field intelligence to refine ICP, messaging angles, and outbound strategy
  • Run confident, multi-touch follow-up sequences across video, email, and phone
  • Grow into a broader sales function as pipeline and revenue scale
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree with 1–4 years in outbound sales, BDR/SDR, lead gen, or business development
  • Experience engaging senior marketing decision-makers (CMOs, VPs Marketing, Heads of Growth, Demand Gen leaders)
  • Strong writing skills and comfort crafting short-form cold outreach
  • Confident using Linked In to reach and engage B2B decision makers
  • Comfortable recording short, one-to-one video messages without overthinking or aiming for perfection
  • Clear, concise communicator with the ability to convey value quickly on video and in writing
  • Resourceful researcher who can surface relevant insights for personalized outreach
  • Curious, coachable, and motivated by performance compensation
  • Organized and reliable in a remote environment with KPI tracking
  • Exposure to B2B SaaS, AI, fintech, or agency environments is a plus
  • Familiarity with search marketing (SEO/PPC/LLM) concepts is a plus
  • Experience with outbound tools (Linked In Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hub Spot, Loom, etc.)
  • Located in the U.S. (excluding New York and California)
