About the PositionWe are seeking a dynamic Solutions Specialist, Business Growth to drive the adoption and expansion of business growth products, such as Spectora Advanced and Spectora Payments, across both new customer acquisition and existing customer base expansion. This specialized role combines deep product expertise with consultative selling, focusing on demonstrating value, optimizing customer implementations, and driving revenue growth across the entire customer lifecycle – from net new logos through their first 90 days and beyond to established customers who have been on the core platform for 90+ days.
Our Solutions Specialist, Business Growth will take on an integral role within our Growth team as we accelerate our premium business product(s) penetration across all customer segments and ensure seamless customer onboarding experiences. You’ll report directly to the Revenue Growth Manager and help bridge the gap between product capabilities and customer success, ensuring our platform continues to evolve based on real user needs while driving sustainable growth across both new and existing customer bases.
CoreResponsibilities Implementation Excellence & Customer Education
Lead comprehensive implementation processes for Spectora Advanced and Spectora Payments following warm handoffs from Solutions Specialists, ensuring customers experience immediate value during their evaluation period.
- Guide customers through technical setup and configuration within a 7‑10 business day timeframe, customizing the platform to match their specific business workflows.
- Conduct in‑depth training sessions that empower users to leverage advanced features effectively, with additional support for multi‑inspector, enterprise, and franchise‑level organizations.
- Partner closely with Solutions Specialists throughout the pre‑close implementation phase to ensure seamless experience that drives deal conversion.
- Support migration processes for net new customers transitioning from legacy inspection software, ensuring smooth data transfer and minimal business disruption.
- Maintain meticulous implementation tracking in Hub Spot to ensure transparency and alignment with Solutions Specialists.
- Conduct implementation meetings and hands‑on setup sessions via screen share.
- Configure advanced platform settings, automation rules, and payment processing.
- Update Hub Spot deal records with implementation status, progress notes, and completion milestones.
- Create customized training materials based on the customer’s specific use cases.
- Document implementation progress and communicate updates to Solutions Specialists through Hub Spot activities.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with product team on complex configurations.
