What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Collaborate on the enablement roadmap with Sales leaders and Product Marketing to create impactful programs
  • Tailor enablement programs across all go-to-market segments in partnership with Sales leadership
  • Identify skill gaps and business needs through collaboration with managers and top-performing representatives
  • Develop structured enablement frameworks that scale with the team and business growth
  • Drive company-wide enablement initiatives to enhance performance across the Sales organization
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 6+ years of hands‑on experience building and leading sales training and enablement programs at scale
  • 3+ years in a quota‑carrying sales or account management role preferred

    Deep knowledge of modern sales methodologies, frameworks, and processes
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience with modern enablement and sales technology, such as Gong and Spekit
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Proven track record of building trust and credibility with senior Sales managers
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive approach to creating clarity in complex situations
  • Energized by dynamic and fast-moving work environments
