Position SummaryWe are looking for an Account Executive to join our growing team.
In this role you will own the full sales cycle (from pipeline generation through close) bringing our platform to the wellness practitioners, clinic owners, and health teams who need it most.
You’ll lead deep discovery conversations using a needs‑based, curiosity‑first approach, connecting what you learn directly to platform capabilities that improve client retention, increase revenue per practitioner, and simplify day‑to‑day operations for practices. You’ll manage buying cycles across clinical and operational stakeholders, often within small but growing practices deciding whether to switch platforms, while keeping your pipeline healthy, your forecasting accurate, and your handoffs clean.
You’ll join at a foundational moment for our Sales‑Led Growth motion, helping shape the playbooks, processes, and patterns that define how Practice Better sells going forward. The ideal candidate is a self‑directed, consultative seller who thrives when the playbook is still being built. You communicate clearly, move with purpose, and focus on solutions over perfection.
Bonus points if you’ve sold into health, wellness, or practitioner‑led businesses; have experience in product‑led or sales‑assisted SaaS motions; or have built prospecting sequences and outreach approaches from scratch rather than inheriting them.

- Own a full‑cycle quota
, driving new subscription ARR from growing wellness practices through discovery, demo, negotiation, and close. - Build and manage your pipeline through thoughtful outbound prospecting and strong conversion of high‑intent inbound opportunities.
- Lead consultative discovery with practitioners and clinic owners to understand growth goals, workflows, and revenue drivers.
- Deliver tailored demos that connect Practice Better’s platform to real outcomes like client retention, practitioner revenue, and operational efficiency.
- Navigate multi‑stakeholder buying cycles
, confidently managing objections, pricing conversations, and procurement steps. - Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Sales Assist, Customer Success, and Product to improve conversion and ensure smooth activation.
