Our Denver office is expanding rapidly, and you’ll join a growing Contract team with direct mentorship from a highly experienced leader who has built top-performing recruitment desks for over 15 years!

What You’ll Learn as a Entry Level Consultant

Through a 6-week structured onboarding program, you’ll be trained in:

Business Development

  • Cold calling and opening new client accounts
  • Building hiring manager relationships
  • Negotiating terms and fees

Candidate Sourcing

  • Headhunting top contractors
  • Interviewing and qualifying professionals

Market Mapping

  • Identifying active builds and expansions

You’ll operate in a true 360° model- owning both client and candidate relationships.
