The Salary Range for the role is $68,400.00 - $ per year.

** The Associate Product Manager (APM) plays a critical role in shaping the products that power how DaVita operates. APMs partner with business owners, IT, Product Operations, and other Product functions to design, test, and deliver systems that make operational work simpler, smarter, and more connected across the Village.
This role blends analytical rigor, user empathy, and structured execution. APMs translate complex operational and behavioral insights into clear requirements, user stories, and testable product improvements. They ensure that every feature delivered advances business outcomes and improves the teammate experience.
The ideal candidate is naturally curious, detail-oriented, and energized by solving ambiguous problems through structure, collaboration, and learning.
** ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
**** Product Discovery + Definition
*** Partner with stakeholders to understand business problems, user needs, and behavioral drivers.
* Conduct structured user research and journey mapping to identify pain points and improvement opportunities.
* Support assumption framing, development, and testing (User Value, Feasibility, Business Viability).
* Translate discovery findings into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and early product requirements.
** Product Development + Iteration
*** Manage product backlog and prioritize features with guidance from Product leadership.
* Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives in partnership with Product Operations; ensure clarity and traceability from insights to features.
* Participate in prototyping, usability testing, and design sprints to validate user flows and behavior change objectives.
