Optomi, in partnership with a leading telecommunications company, is seeking a strategic, business-oriented Product Innovation Lead to join a managed services team focused on launching new service offerings across high-impact verticals like hospitality, education, and entertainment. You’ll identify new monetization opportunities, create business cases, and lead the roadmap to delivery—helping to expand our presence beyond core internet, TV, and Wi‑Fi services.

• Conduct deep market research and competitive analysis to identify product opportunities.
• Build high-quality business plans and investment proposals for new services.
• Own product innovation lifecycle from ideation to launch (excluding software development).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define pricing, service structure, and GTM plans.
• Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership.
• Act as internal consultant and product owner for newly approved initiatives.

• MBA preferred or equivalent experience in business model creation, ROI analysis, and strategy.
• 5–7+ years of experience in innovation, product strategy, or market analysis.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; confident presenting to VPs and stakeholders.
• Strong financial acumen with ability to craft and defend a P&L.
• Experience in or supporting customers in:
  Hotels, Universities, Churches, Arenas.
• Comfortable in highly collaborative, in-person environments (4x/week in Denver).

• Direct impact on launching new revenue-generating services.
• Work with an enterprise‑backed team with budget, vision, and executive support.
• Focus on tangible, physical service innovation (e.g., door locks, sensors, AI signage).
