Aboutthe Role
The Trust Operations Analyst II supports Trust and Investment Operations by processing account documentation, maintaining fee structures, and executing transactions with accuracy and consistency. This role ensures daily operational workflows meet service level agreements while adhering to internal policies and regulatory requirements. You will serve as a key point of coordination between client-facing teams, custodians, and third-party providers to ensure timely and accurate asset movement.
The position also contributes to departmental improvement initiatives by supporting automation, efficiency projects, and procedural enhancements.
- Review and process new and existing account documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and proper fee structures.
- Maintain and reconcile account fees, researching discrepancies and resolving issues using available resources.
- Process transactions including ACH, wires, checks, IRA contributions and withdrawals, and account coding updates across core and investment systems.
- Prioritize and manage daily workflows independently to meet deadlines, maintain accuracy, and ensure SLA adherence.
- Partner with client-facing teams, custodians, and third-party providers to resolve inquiries and ensure timely movement of assets.
- Support cross-training initiatives, quality control tasks, and special projects that improve automation, efficiency, and cost savings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting.
- 3–5 years of experience in Trust Operations, Investment Operations, or Financial Services.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills across multiple levels of the organization.
- General knowledge of investment operations and/or trust administration.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and apply sound judgment within established procedures.
- Competitive base salary: $26.93 - $35.10/HR, plus strong bonus potential.
