Senior Business Systems Lead - Operations

* ### Apply working knowledge of mining operations, engineering terminology, and project management concepts to interpret information and anticipate needs.* ### Support the COO in preparing for technical discussions, operational reviews, and cross‑departmental initiatives.* ### Set up and optimize virtual meeting environments, ensuring seamless communication across geographically dispersed teams.* ### Troubleshoot collaboration tools and serve as a resource for virtual meeting best practices.
* ### Set up and organize annual meeting events ensuring smooth, engaging experience for global leaders.* ### Coordinate and manage several corporate events, including the Holiday party, State of the Company, out-of-state sales conferences, and various other annual events
* Experience supporting senior leaders in operations, engineering, mining, or a related technical field.
* Strong understanding of engineering terminology, project management concepts, and operational workflows.
* Exceptional writing skills, with experience producing executive‑level communications and presentations.
* Proficiency with data analysis, reporting tools, and presentation software.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, reactive environment.
* High level of professionalism, discretion, and executive presence.
* Ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization
* Experience in mining, heavy industry, or engineering‑driven environments
* Familiarity with project management platforms and collaboration tools.
* Prior experience coordinating across multiple locations or business units.
