Transamerica is organized into three distinct businesses. These include
1) World Financial Group, including Transamerica Financial Advisors,
2) Protection Solutions and Savings & Investments, comprised of life insurance, annuities, employee benefits, retirement plans, and Transamerica Investment Solutions, and
3) Financial Assets, which includes legacy blocks of long term care, universal life, and variable and fixed annuities. These are supported by Transamerica Corporate, which includes Finance, People and Places, General Counsel, Risk, Internal Audit, Strategy and Development, and Corporate Affairs, which covers Communications, Brand, and Government and Policy Affairs.
* Execute and analyze lead prioritization and automated engagement actions.
* Develop insights and understanding of business performance based on data and statistical methods.
* Communication and presentation of reports and in-depth analysis, including recommendations for optimizing campaigns, business processes and sales efficiencies.
* Provide analytics and improvement recommendations related to rep/agent productivity, sales metrics, process efficiencies and strategy forecasts.
* Maintain a thorough knowledge of the business and systems within the supported group; analyze systems and sales processes.
* Resolve technical issues, such as report/query malfunction, lapse in visualization stability/functionality and lead distribution mechanics.
* Assist team members as needed.
* Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
* Five years of experience in data analytics, process improvement or other relevant work.
* Advanced understanding of data tools for visualization, extraction, modeling, CRM solutions and SQL.
* Analytical and problem-solving skills to perform high-level analysis and resolve technical issues.
* Communication and presentation skills for delivery of reports and analysis.
* Ability to multi-task and work as part of a team in a dynamic and complex environment.
* Proficiency using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Background in the insurance/financial services industry.
* Experience using Hadoop/Hive, Tableau, SQL,
