Position Summary:

This role involves working on the Lender Administration Team, YES’s lending and loan servicing partners, and community team members to collect and review all necessary conditions and documentation pertaining to YES recourse homes. The role requires close attention to detail regarding recourse homes, reconciliation of lender records and YES internal reporting on key performance metrics that drive YES business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing Recourse home activity such as processing lender invoices, updating YES’s internal systems and reconciling YES recourse inventory with lending partner records.
• Build collaboration between YES and lenders regarding abandoned recourse homes accurately and effectively.
• Assist with duties related to all recourse home purchases to ensure data integrity within YES’s inventory system.
• Proved the upmost customer service in communication with lending partners and YES field representatives while remaining professional and driven to find solutions and providing accurate information at all times.
• Foster a growth mindset with an emphasis on continuous improvement and innovation that drives YES key metrics.
• Other department related duties and activities as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Exposure to sales/loan processing or funding industry is an absolute PLUS!
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry-related CRM tools (Hub Spot experience is a plus!)
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project goals with strong sense of urgency and ability to multitask
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented

COMPENSATION: $24-26 hourly + 10% annual bonus opportunity
