Job Location s: US-MO-St. Louis | US-CO-Denver | US-AZ-Phoenix

The Specialist Training Field will be responsible for providing technical expertise and knowledge of our company and client through one‑on‑one and small group trainings, face‑to‑face interactions or via phone/webinar. Day‑to‑day operations require the ability to make oral presentations and collaborate, working autonomously while remaining in contact with key constituents.

• Present and facilitate at small group training events as organized by HQ or other business groups in a virtual environment or small meeting room;
• Train associates on company culture, the associate role, safety expectations and tools, and all ASM policies/procedures;
• Participate in various team conference calls as scheduled; provide feedback and better ways of working;
• Input data into Dashboard to track orientation/training completion;
• Develop, implement and modify training programs to ensure effectiveness of programs delivered to each team;
• Report individuals’ progress to manager and identify additional training needs.

• Travel and driving are essential duties and functions of this job;
• Travel up to 20 % of time.

• Education Level (Required):
  Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Field of Study / Area of
  
  Experience:
  
  1‑3 years’ experience in training design, individual/group facilitation, or organizational development.

• Bilingual Spanish preferred!
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
• Ability to make oral presentations.
• Ability to work independently & prioritize with minimal supervision, in order to meet deadlines.
• Well organized, detail‑oriented, and able to handle fast‑paced work environment.
• Track record of building & maintaining customer/client relationships.
• Flexible & adaptable, able to change & alter according to changes in projects or business environment.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Outlook, and web browsers.

Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work may be performed in an office or warehouse environment.
